Lead UX Designer

Worked on Design System Unification project that will apply to all A+E brand products on multiple platforms. My role focuses on user research, data driven ux mapping and close examination and annotation for overall UX flow and each component.

Worked on Bundle project that markets three distinctive A&E subscriptions services into one bundle to the existing user base. My role focused on creating user flow and wires for three main scenarios: Upgrade to Bundle, Downgrade to Single, Cancel Bundle
